Setup Guide
From mounting your screen to connecting the media player, let’s take you through the full setup process.
Follow these steps to set up your digital signage.
Carefully remove the screen from its packaging and check that you have all the components and accessories.
Determine the appropriate location for the screen and, if needed, gather necessary mounting hardware (i.e screws and wall anchors). For tips on screen placement, click here.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to securely mount the screen and connect it to power.
Connect your power cable, HDMI and ethernet cable (if applicable) to your media player. Connect the HDMI cable from your Media Player to your screen.
Once all cables are connected, turn on the screen and go through the setup process. Once the screen is ready, turn on your media player.
Switch the source of the screen to the HDMI connected to the media player. If you are not using an ethernet cable, connect the media player to a strong and secure WiFi connection.
Check that the screen is displaying the media player source, and make any necessary adjustments to the position and display settings.
Store essential items, such as user manuals, in a safe and secure location.
