Making Changes To Your Account
This article will guide you through managing your account settings.
Changing Language
Click on the flag in the top-right corner. Here, you can choose the language suited to your needs.
Account Settings
Account Settings can be found through the drop-down in the top-right corner of the Studio (where it says ‘Hi [Username]‘). Click ‘Settings’ to open the Account Settings menu.
Upon opening Account Settings, you’ll be met with six sections.
This page is separated into three sections: Personal Info, Authentication, and User Info.
In the Personal Info section, you may change or add the full name, email, country and phone number associated with your user profile.
In the Authentication section, you may enable Two-factor authentication (2FA) and change your password.
In the User Info section, you may see when the account was registered and last logged in. You may also see and copy your User key, which is needed to add your User Profile to other accounts.
This page is separated into two sections: Account Info and Billing
In the Account Info section you’ll find the key information associated with your account, which includes the Primary Email (Account Name), which you may change, and the Account Key, which you may copy.
In the Billing section, you can see the account’s plan, the maximum file size per upload, the number of subscriptions, and storage capacity.
Only the Account Owner can make changes to this section.
Upon opening this section, you will see a list of the User Profiles that have access to the account, as well as their permission level. If you’re the owner and want to add users, click ‘Invite Users’ in the top-right corner.
This is where you can monitor who has logged into the account, alongside the changes made during each session. Not only can this be used to monitor account security, but it’s also a great way to track progress.
In this section, you may generate a Unique API Key. This is used to authenticate with the API.
You may use this page to integrate your own API to broadcast live data changes. To learn more about our API system, click here.
This section showcases other app integrations you may explore in the studio.
