Firewall Configuration

To link your Media Player to the TrouDigital Studio, your firewall must not block vital URLs. This article will take you through all the URLs that need to be enabled.

To showcase your digital signage, the following URLs should be accessible via port 80 (if you only use HTTP) and 443 (if you use HTTPS).

You’ll also have to enable these URLs in your firewall:

• app.onsignage.com / 54.90.185.134
• s3.amazonaws.com / 52.216.204.149
• static.onsignage.com
• reports.onsignage.com / 54.236.238.170
• 35.156.88.148

Furthermore, if you use any of the weather widgets, the following URLs must be enabled:

• worldweatheronline.com

Once all these URLs have been enabled, your Media Player will be able to connect to the TrouDigital Platform.
