Account Login
Once you have received your login credentials, follow these steps to log in to TrouDigital’s software platform.
The TrouDigital Studio is the command centre for your digital signage. Through the platform, you’ll be able to create, upload, schedule, monitor and manage your digital signage from one central location.
First, let’s get you logged in:
- Head over to www.troudigital.com
- In the top right corner, you’ll see a button that says ‘Login’. Click it.
- Sign in using your user credentials (these will have been provided during onboarding).
You’re in! It’s as simple as that.
Switching Accounts
There are instances when a user will have access to various accounts (e.g. accounts for different locations).
To see the accounts you have access to, click on the drop-down in the top-right corner of the Studio (where it says ‘Hi [Username]‘).
You’ll see that one of the drop-down options is ‘Switch Account’. Select this to see a list of the other account(s) you have access to and switch between them.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Many of our clients use SSO within their organisation (e.g. Okta, OneLogin, etc.), therefore we accommodate this authentication method on our platform.
